Grief Needs to be Witnessed
About Connect-Heal-Hope
At Connect-Heal-Hope LLC, we believe grief needs connection, not isolation. Our mission is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be witnessed, heard, and supported as you express your pain, your love, and everything in between. Healing is not linear, but through compassion, willingness, and hope, it is possible to find moments of peace and learn how to live again with more love than pain.
Grief is deeply personal, and there is no one way to move through it. Our work together is shaped by you, your needs, your pace, and what feels possible in the moment. We do not follow a formula. Instead, we explore what brings moments of relief, comfort, or steadiness for you, and we adjust as your grief changes over time. Whether you need your grief witnessed without interruption, gentle tools for grounding, or simply a compassionate presence, we honor all of it.
Our Services – Virtual One-on-One Grief Coaching

Connect
Connection is the beginning. Grief can feel incredibly isolating, as though you are on an island and no one truly understands the depth of your pain. While everyone experiences loss, no one has lost your person or shared the unique relationship you had. You are the expert of your own grief. Loss changes you and the world as you once knew it. I am here to support you in connecting with the person you are now, shaped by love and loss.

Heal
Healing is not about getting over it or moving on. Your grief deserves to be witnessed. Together, we will explore tools that feel right for you, whether that is journaling, breathing exercises, guided meditation, grounding practices, or simply having a safe space to be seen and heard. Healing allows you to carry your grief, honoring the love of that relationship, and from that love, helps you create purpose in your life in a way that feels authentic to who you are now.

Hope
Hope can feel impossible when loss has changed every part of your life. Along with the loss of your loved one often come many secondary losses: your sense of safety, identity, and the future you once imagined. Yet the roadmap to healing is already within you. My role is simply to walk beside you and help guide your inner search. Even reaching out for support is an act of hope. It may begin as something small, showing up for yourself, seeking comfort, or allowing moments of peace. Hope grows through connection and healing, and over time, it grows from within you.
The Heart Behind the Work

Bio
My relationship with grief did not begin with one loss. Like many of us, I have experienced many forms of grief, loss of relationships, careers, stability, family members, and friends. The loss of my daughter, Nova, to brain cancer at the age of nine took me to depths of despair I had never known before. Before she died, I believed that if I lost her, I would die too. When it happened, my heart didn’t stop but my world did. Grief can feel isolating and can make you question your identity, your faith, and direction of your future. Grieving is not about “moving on”; it is learning how to move through life and this world that has permanently been altered by their absence. I sought our grief support not for answers but for understanding and seeking a relief or comfort for the pain. I had to recreate what my life would be moving forward and how best to honor the love I have for her. Through my own grief work and education, I gained an understanding of what grief can do to your brain, body, and identity and ways to move forward with more love than pain over time. Connect, Heal, Hope exist because of my love for Nova and the future she continues to shape. It is an honor to sit with others in their grief offering presence, compassion, and support as they find their way forward. You are the grief expert of your grief experience and you hold the path within you to heal. If you feel called to explore that path with support, I would be honored to work with you. Please feel free to reach out to me for more information.
